They root and forage on the same ground our cattle graze, and we're working toward raising our own right here — helping keep an old, rare breed going on the farm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003eWe'll be straight with you, the way we always are: our pork still isn't grass-finished like our beef — pigs aren't built that way, and we won't pretend otherwise. Our hogs finish around 275–300 lbs live weight. From that, expect to take home roughly \u003cstrong\u003e125–150 lbs of finished, cut-and-wrapped pork from a whole\u003c\/strong\u003e, or \u003cstrong\u003eabout 60–75 lbs from a half\u003c\/strong\u003e — chops, roasts, bacon, sausage, and the rest, cut to your order.
