All our pork is raised on pasture with supplemental Soy-Free, non-GMO feed from Kalmbach and processed at a local USDA inspected facility. No antibiotics. No hormones. Just real, honest pork.
The total cost for a whole and basic processing is $950. The total cost for a half and basic processing is $500. Brats, Patties, Slicing, Curing & Smoking will incur an additional expense to be totaled after you fill out your cut sheet.
We aim for 275-300 lb. live weight hog and you can expect to take home 125-150 lbs. finished product for a whole and 60-75 lbs. of finished product for a half.
