We're here to make things right. Sometimes, we might ask for a few photos of the issue to better understand it.

It's important to know that once our shipping carrier marks your order as 'delivered,' any damages or issues that occur afterward are beyond our control. To keep your meat in perfect condition, it's your responsibility to transfer it to your freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items Because our meat products are perishable, we can't accept returns. However, if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We're here to help!

Delayed/Lost Meat Boxes Rest assured, we keep a close eye on every box leaving our warehouse to ensure it reaches you on time. In the unlikely event that a meat box experiences delays or goes missing during the shipping process, we'll be in touch with you right away to make things right. Sharing some photos of the items upon arrival helps us with the claims process with our shipping partner.

Refunds If, for some reason, a refund is necessary and approved, you'll receive it back on your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it may take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It's important to note that we can't issue refunds for meat boxes delayed due to incorrect address information provided during checkout.
