Whole Beef Deposit, Custom Cut, Wholesale Pricing

Honest Pastures Farm is offering non-refundable deposits on wholesale beef for September 2024. 

The 2024 wholesale price is $6.50/lb. on the hanging weight. The hanging weight average between 425-525 lbs.

How does it work?

You purchase your share of beef by paying the deposit and the difference is then charged when the beef goes to the processor. Buying this way means you buy the entire beef carcass and then decide how you want it cut. 

When it comes time for pickup, you will bring boxes/coolers to Buckeye Surf & Turf in Troy, Ohio; this is usually about 3 weeks from the time they go in for processing.

**All prices and weights for a whole, half, or quarter beef are based on hanging weight, and include processing, aging, cutting, vacuum sealing, and freezing. Beef take-home weights are approximately 25-35% less than carcass hanging weight due to trimming and deboning.
