Grass-fed and grass-finished Chuck Blade Roast comes from the chuck primal area of the beef at the shoulder blade with a good balance of fat and meat making it a great for pot roasts, slower cookers, shredded beef, kabobs, and stir-fry.
All of our grass fed, grass finished beef are regeneratively raised here on our small, family farm in Miami County, Ohio. We are a no-spray "beyond organic" farm. We don't use vaccines, antibiotics or hormones. We are GMO and pesticide free. Our farm has not been sprayed in at least 15 years. All of our animals have names and are raised on our lush, natural pastures, in the sunshine. Our beef is harvested humanely and vacuum sealed and frozen for long-lasting freshness.
