Our everyday cup — roasted to order, right here on the farm. A smooth, chocolatey medium blend with a clean, sweet finish, built by hand from two single-origin coffees we buy from organic farms.

We don't roast it until you order it, so it's never stale. Every bag is stamped with its roast date. Most coffee on a shelf was roasted weeks or months ago — ours is roasted the week it reaches you.

• 40% Costa Rican, from Finca Amistad — clean, sweet, nutty balance
• Roast: medium (Full City) — great hot, iced, or cold brew
